Terms of Service

Short version: Kinly is a local discovery and commerce platform operated by G Prestiges Resources Pte Ltd. We provide technology rails; Businesses and Talent generally remain responsible for their own goods, services, and fulfilment. Payments are processed by Stripe and Fiuu.

1. About these Terms

These Terms are an agreement between you and G Prestiges Resources Pte Ltd (UEN 201004189E), incorporated in Singapore, registered at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051 (“Kinly”, “we”, “us”)..

By creating an account, or by accepting these Terms when we present them for acceptance, you agree to this contract. Public browsing may still be subject to these Terms where legally appropriate, but mere browsing is not the same as an explicit acceptance gate.

2. Platform ≠ Transaction

Kinly provides the platform and infrastructure. Where you deal with a Business, Talent/Creator, or other user, the underlying commercial or employment relationship is generally between you and that party, unless a specific Kinly service expressly states otherwise.

Kinly does not, by default, become the seller, employer, recruitment agency, or escrow agent for every interaction on the platform. Payment merchant-of-record and funds-flow details depend on the product and market and are described further in Payments & Refunds and at checkout.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• Provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure
• You must be legally capable of contracting with Kinly
• Minimum age requirements may apply by market and will be shown in-product where required
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud, or platform integrity

4. Acceptable use

You must not: break the law; post illegal or exploitative content; scam, spam, or harass others; scrape or systematically extract data without authorisation (except where permitted by law or an authorised API); circumvent security or verification; or misuse payment rails.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Kinly a licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the platform. Do not post content you lack rights to.

6. Payments

Where Kinly enables payments:

• Processing is provided by Stripe and/or Fiuu
• Fees, taxes, and chargeback handling for a particular purchase are disclosed in the relevant flow where applicable

7. Disputes with merchants

Fulfilment and service disputes are primarily between you and the Business or Talent. Payment disputes and chargebacks follow the payment provider’s process. Kinly may enforce platform rules independently.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Kinly is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law and other applicable mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
